In 2010 I visited Belgium and discovered a real passion for chocolate. I decided it would be fun to make pralines for Christmas presents for family and friends, since I couldn’t carry enough back in my suitcase.
My family live in the beautiful French countryside in a little place called the La Chebrettrie, Chatain. From this region, I blended a port au vin, called Pineau des Charentes, with finely ground organic hazelnuts and dark chocolate. Upon tasting the balanced flavours, I decided from that day that I would use the highest quality ingredients and organic products wherever possible because I like the idea of making luxurious, quality and delicious pralines for people.
Combining professional artisan chocolatier skills together with my taste for fine chocolate, I decided to launch my own range of pralines which have captivated customers with their dark notes and aesthetic delicacy.
A lot of people have support me along the way, by giving critical feedback on my creations or suggesting their own personal praline centre.
